Welcome Bradley Elliott, Nurse Practitioner, to Highland Health.

I’m proud to be a lifelong Anniston/Oxford resident and even prouder to care for the community that has been home my entire life. Before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner more than 11 years ago, I served as both an Emergency Room nurse and a firefighter/paramedic. Those experiences taught me the importance of compassion, listening, and being there for people during some of life’s most challenging moments.

At Highland Health, my goal is simple—to treat every patient like family. Whether you’re coming in for a routine checkup, managing a chronic condition, or just need someone to listen, I’m committed to providing personalized, compassionate care that puts your health first.

When I’m not caring for patients, you’ll usually find me spending time with my wife, Heather, and our two sons, Austin (23) and Aidan (21). It is truly a privilege to serve the friends, neighbors, and families of the community that has given so much to me. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your health goals.
